I/In an effort to support our partners eHana shares data that tracks weekly trends in service activity across our customers during the initial weeks of the coronavirus pandemic. This data comes from a Power BI-enabled data warehouse we’ve created to monitor high-level trends, a preview of the analytics tools we’ll be rolling out more widely soon.
Among the aggregated data points we share include trends around:
Volume of services documented by staff on a weekly basis
Changes in aggregate numbers of unique clients receiving services
Numbers of active staff members completing service documentation
Additionally, we present statewide data points broken down by various program/service types, including:

Community Services
I/DD Day Habilitation
Care Management
